Grilled Aubergine Rolls
Slice 400g of aubergine into thin pieces. Grill the slices carefully on both sides in a grill pan. Place the grilled aubergine on baking paper. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Add a spoonful of cottage cheese and roll them up.
Secure with small wooden sticks in the middle. Cut open a nar and sprinkle the seeds on the rolls.
