An incredibly simple yet tasty pasta dish from Italy
Ingredients for 4 persons:
- ca 400g of Spaghetti
- 100g of butter
- fresh rosemary
- Parmesan cheese
- basics from the pantry: olive oil, salt
Directions:
- melt butter and olive oil
- add the rosemary and apply medium heat for 5 minutes
- add Parmesan
- add pasta water
- add the pasta
- serve with freshly grated Parmesan cheese
Tips:
- even tastier with very thin pasta, fi Spaghettini, Capelli d´Angelo
- cook the pasta only to 90% and finish off in the sauce
